Booking Process
Reservation Inquiry
1.Selection
To find the ideal accommodation, use the main search on our homepage or click the “Book Now” button. Enter your travel details, including destination, dates of stay, and number of guests. Once you’ve found a suitable apartment, fill out the Reservation Inquiry form to begin the booking process.
2.Booking Form
Please complete the form carefully with your personal and travel information – including preferred check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, and any special requests. After submitting your inquiry by clicking “Send Inquiry”, our team will respond within 24 hours (or 48 hours on weekends and holidays) with availability details.
If the selected apartment is available, we will provide further instructions on how to confirm your booking and pay the reservation deposit.
3.Confirmation of Reservation and Payment
To confirm your reservation, you will need to pay a deposit. Ivo Apartments will send you all necessary payment instructions and guarantees secure handling of your personal data.
Once the deposit is received, you will receive a Booking Confirmation, Deposit Receipt, and full details about the apartment and the property owner.
The remaining balance is paid on arrival at the property.
